Everyone wants a pill or potion or new eating plan. But the truth is you need to eat and you need to eat everyday....eat less. That, eating less, will help you loss weight.
A BIT OF HUMOR
This obese man was having trouble loosing weight. He loved donuts. Every day on the way to work he past a donut store and stopped in for a half a dozen.
Finally in despair he sought out a diet counselor. He told her his donut problem and she politely asked "Is there another way you could get to work, another route to take?"
So for the next two weeks he went to work by a different route...worked great and he was sure he had started loosing weight!
Then one day he wanted a donut really really bad. So he prayed about it.....
"Lord, if it is ok for me to have donuts this morning, please let there be a parking space right in front of the donut store."
And sure enough, on his eighth time around the block, a parking space opened right in front of the store!
